Open Question: Can I kick my roommate out who is only listed as an occupant on lease???

Ok so my fiance and I are living with another couple. One of them(the guy) is extremely disrespectful, offensive, and to top it off, an alcoholic. His fiancee in on the lease along with me and my fiance. He is not on the lease but is listed as an occupant. We have talked to him several times and given him a chance but tonight I got fed up. I live in Tennessee and am wondering if it is possible to kick him out. His fiancee is not for it at all but me and my guy are all for it. We want him gone. Can we kick him out after giving him a 30 days notice? We are going to talk to the leasing office in the morning to see what they say but he has got to go.
